Dear Pastor King and FLCC Members,

I want to first say it was good to see all of you again, we get so excited when we know we are going to see you guys!  This past weekend's Word was excectly on time for me. There is something about Pastor King and his anointing, he always hits the nail on the head!  You guys are truly blessed to have him, not only as a Pastor but as a teacher in the word of the Lord!  Since moving to  Maryland we have been to several churches and it took us until recently to find a church home.  Tamara and the girls promise not to be strangers.  We love you all...

Dear Pastor King,

During this morning's service, you asked why we come to church and said we could write you a response.  I feel driven to do so.  First, allow me to say that I have never felt so welcome as I do at The Land of Promise.  I have spent years searching for my little niche and I think I have found it.  There is an energy...a positive energy....that fills me with such happiness when I walk through those doors.  I have been to Land of Promise twice now and I cannot wait until next Sunday. 

With that said, I'd have to say that fellowship plays a large part in my attendance at Land of Promise.  It feels like a great big party celebrating His Word and I don't feel like I am among strangers.  The love is strong within the walls of your church and I feel so light on my feet....with all the burdens of the week lifted, as a result.  I guess that is another reason, to release the stress of the week and give it to Him, knowing that I am not alone.

I've always had daily conversations with God and feel that you don't have to be within the walls of a church to have that connection, otherwise I'd never leave the building.  :)  There is just something about Land of Promise that calls to me and I think I received a sign this morning as I left.  One of the members gave me a great big hug and said, "You belong here. " Wow!  That spoke volumes and gave me such a feeling of peace.

When I entered the Land of Promise I felt as If I were broken.I was battered from the wrong turns that I had taken in this world. When I first heard you preach It was the food that my soul needed and the food you feed me is abundantly powerful. I truely want to Thank you Pastor King for all you have done for me.

Pastor,
I want to thank you for your teachings but it is not until I actually apply them to my life did I see reap the benefits of them. I recently received my first check for a contract I obtained. The path to this contract was a long one. One two other occasions the same people who I am currently contracted with called me with opportunities that they thought I would be perfect for. Each time I thought I must be pretty good to have people call me out of the blue and offer me contacts for sizable amounts of money. I never thought too much about just patted myself on the back and went on with my life. Each time the opportunities fell through for some reason or another.
When they called me for the third possible opportunity, I can remember first saying, whatever these guys are just blowing hot air.  Then I asked myself what I could have differently to make the outcome different. This is when I remembered you telling us we must first ask God if this something he wants us to do. Once he confirmed to me that this was in his plans for me, I turned the process over to him. Each step in the process you prayed with me and now I have contract that pays me to talk on the phone. God is good if you let him be.
That is my honor to give half of what I got to God, because I truly know I would not have been blessed without him. Thank you for your wisdom and guidance you are helping become the person God wants me to be.

To Pastor King and 1st Lady,

I would like to first say Thank You Very Much for finally giving me a clear reason for reuniting my relationship with God. Pastor King, I am a PK and for all those years when I was I was living in my parents house I was going to church for them. But after being in the Marines for over 19 years, my family and I have found a home in Fredericksburg and found a church home at the Land of Promise. I have been so excited about this church that I have been telling everyone about it, especially my dad, whom you meet about 1 month ago from Dallas, Texas-Reverend Edward Mosley Sr. is his name. Raquel and I, Love this church and you and your family have given us so much energy and love.
We love your teaching and truly believe in the Next Level Ministry. I can't even write into words what you have done for our family and I most of all my father (Reverend Mosley Sr.) loved our church. He said that he REALLY, REALLY, felt the Holy Spirit on the Land of Promise.

Pastor this new series Life In The Word is awesome. I am so thankful for your obedience to God and his directions concerning his people about the Word. Your Love for God is one thing, but Your Love for the People of God is unprecedented!

We thank God first that he led us to such a Bible teaching forum as The Land of Promise, We thank God for sending such a powerful and anointed teacher of the Word in our lives (Pastor King and all other ministers), you all have been such a Blessing in our lives. Lord have mercy on our souls, that was truly a powerful message on Mothers Day. It has had such an impact on all of our lives in my household. Since becoming an active member of this ministry I find myself closer to God and have had the opportunity of sharing the vision of the church, and it pays off, the counseling, bible studies, and the men's fellowship meetings are so awesome I am just overwhelmed about being part of such a great congregation, with a Pastor that believes in keeping it real. Please keep my family in prayer and we will do the same. Thank each and every one that made my wedding a special one, my wife and I really appreciate all that had a part of that day.
